This is a "Do it all" hub for Parents, Teachers and Administrators!

What does this mean for parents? You can check in and out your kids every day using a four-digit code specifically assigned to you. You can also use this to pay your child’s tuition each week using its online payment portal. We understand some parents can NOT pay like this due to different circumstances, therefor we will still be accepting checks and cash, if that is how you would like to pay each week. That way, no matter what your circumstances, payments are less of a hassle.

It also has a way you can “chat” with your child’s teacher throughout the day If you have any concerns. We ask parents not to take advantage of this, though. You can still give us a call if you prefer that way, of course. Newsletters and important info can also be sent through this app and you can use it as much as you’d like!

Once your child(ren) are enrolled at MC's Kids, they will get set up in the Brightwheel App, you will receive a code to link you and your child(ren). You will receive a packet on Brightwheel and how to use it, but Ann Taylor, our Communication Director is always available to help with questions or concerns.

This is also where you can add your children's "Approved Pick ups". You can go under your child's profile and add people or family members who are allowed to pick up your child. That person will get a link to download the app as soon as you add them under your child's profile. Brightwheel with then assign that approved pick up person their own four-digit code.

FOUR DIGIT CODES ARE NOT TO BE SHARED. They are specific to each individual pick up or drop off person and is our way of knowing who picked up or dropped off a child if we need to look at our records.

Our parents love the Brightwheel app! They can see everything their child does throughout the day in real time. Whether it is getting their diaper changed, going to the potty, or what they ate for lunch, you feel even more connected to your child while you are away working!
